On April 15, Rogers shared his enthusiasm after meeting with local farmers, stating “Loved meeting with these innovative farmers at Aquality Farms! #AL03 loves agriculture!” This sentiment highlights his continued support for agricultural initiatives within his district.

A couple of days later, on April 16, Rogers took the opportunity to congratulate a local business in Anniston for reaching a significant milestone. He posted, “30 never looked so good! Congratulations to my friends at Young and Wollstein in Anniston on 30 years in business!” His note reflected appreciation for the contribution of small businesses to the local economy.

On Good Friday, April 18, Rogers extended his well-wishes to his constituents in Alabama’s 3rd district, with a tweet reading “Wishing everyone in #AL03 a peaceful Good Friday!” This message underscores his attention to cultural and religious sentiments of the community.

Rogers has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2003, having succeeded Bob Riley. His political career commenced earlier, with roles in the Alabama House of Representatives and on the Calhoun County Commission. Rogers holds degrees from Jacksonville State University and Birmingham School of Law.
