On February 4, 2025, Rogers announced the opening of a new office in Gadsden, Etowah County. He expressed his enthusiasm about welcoming the county to the “AL03 family” and mentioned that the office would be open for mobile office hours every third Wednesday of the month. “I couldn’t be happier to welcome Etowah County to the #AL03 family! The newest Rogers office in Gadsden is open for mobile office hours the third Wednesday of every month.”

The following day, February 5, 2025, coinciding with National Girls and Women in Sports Day, Rogers voiced support for biological female athletes having an ally in leadership positions. “On this National Girls and Women in Sports Day, I am more excited than ever that biological female athletes finally have an ally in the Oval Office.”

On February 6, 2025, he reflected on his past experience as a County Commissioner while meeting with members of the St. Clair County Commission. He acknowledged their efforts to enhance local living conditions and business opportunities and discussed potential collaboration towards these goals. “As a former County Commissioner myself, I am well aware of the tireless efforts that go into making your home a great place to live and do business. I was happy to meet with members of the St. Clair County Commission to discuss how we can work together to do just that!”
