Of the 499 people living in Midway town in 2020, 38.7 percent (193) were women and 61.3 percent (306) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Alabama News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 130. In the 65 and over age range, there were 40 females and 20 males.
