Of the 4,185 people living in Alexandria CDP in 2020, 54.6 percent (2,284) were women and 45.4 percent (1,901) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Alabama News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 312. In the 65 and over age range, there were 470 females and 294 males.
