Former Piedmont High School standout Austin Estes’ collegiate team to play for NCAA D2 Baseball Championship starting Thursday, May 16

Delta State Statesmen Coach Rodney Batts (2024) | Delta State Statesmen

Former Piedmont High School player and current Delta State Statesmen outfielder, Austin Estes, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
