Mike Rogers, a U.S. Congressman representing Alabama's 3rd district since 2003, recently shared insights on various initiatives and viewpoints through his social media posts. Rogers, who has been an active political figure since serving in the Alabama House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002, addressed issues ranging from rural water management to federal agency assistance and international funding policies.

On February 7, 2025, Mike Rogers highlighted the challenges of maintaining water services in Alabama's rural counties. He expressed his appreciation for discussions with the National Rural Water Association aimed at ensuring safe and accessible water supplies in these areas. "Keeping the water on in Alabama’s rural counties is no small task. I was glad to meet with the National Rural Water Association to discuss how we can keep Alabama’s water safe, clean, and easily accessible."

Later that day, Rogers announced updates regarding mobile office hours designed to assist local citizens requiring help with federal agencies. He encouraged constituents to review the updated schedule available for those in Alabama's 3rd district. "Mobile office hours offer a great resource for local citizens who need help with a federal agency. See the link below for the updated schedule available to constituents around #AL03!"

On February 10, 2025, Rogers commented on President Trump's decision to cut funding for UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency). He criticized opposing views by emphasizing alleged affiliations between UNRWA and terrorist organizations. "The left will try to tell you that President Trump cutting UNRWA funding is cruel and wrong while ignoring that the UNRWA directly affiliates itself with terrorists."
