Terrell Owens was born on December 7, 1973, in Alexander City, Alabama. He attended Benjamin Russell High School, where he played multiple sports. He later played college football at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Owens entered the NFL in 1996, drafted by the San Francisco 49ers. He played 15 seasons in the league. His career included time with the Eagles, Cowboys, Bills, and Bengals. He is known for high receiving stats and several Pro Bowl appearances. Owens ranks among the league’s all-time leaders in receiving yards and touchdowns. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018. His athletic career also included brief attempts in basketball and track. Despite on-field controversies, his performance stayed consistent.
