Census Bureau: More women than men in Alexandria CDP in 2020

Of the 4,185 people living in Alexandria CDP in 2020, 54.6 percent (2,284) were women and 45.4 percent (1,901) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the EC Alabama News.
