On February 4, 2025, Rogers announced the opening of a new office in Gadsden, Etowah County. He expressed his enthusiasm about welcoming the county to the "AL03 family" and mentioned that the office would be open for mobile office hours every third Wednesday of the month. "I couldn’t be happier to welcome Etowah County to the #AL03 family! The newest Rogers office in Gadsden is open for mobile office hours the third Wednesday of every month."

The following day, February 5, 2025, coinciding with National Girls and Women in Sports Day, Rogers voiced support for biological female athletes having an ally in leadership positions.
