Police Chief Diane Thomas announced in a news conference today that the City of Talladega Police Department has made one arrest for capital murder and is actively seeking a second suspect in the murder of 25-year-old Spencer Reeves. Two arrest warrants have been issued. Chief Thomas thanked the public for sharing vital information related to the crime.
